“My calf is tight and I’m away Thursday to Sunday.”
A PDF plan has no answer to that. Tell Tapr Coach in plain English and the week is rewritten around it — the sessions that still make sense, moved to the days you’re actually free, with the reasoning attached.
Connect your training
Link Strava or intervals.icu and your history syncs automatically — which covers Garmin, Wahoo and Coros. No watch integration? Drag a .fit file straight from your computer.
Tell it what you're training for
A race and a date, or just "get fitter". It sets your zones from what you've actually done, then writes a full week of swim, bike and run with specific targets.
Talk to it when things change
A tight calf, a work trip, a session that felt wrong. Say so in plain English and the plan changes — with the reasoning, not just a new schedule.
A plan written for you each week
Tapr Coach reads your completed training and writes your next week — swim, bike and run sessions with specific targets, built around your race date and your current fitness.
A coach you can actually talk to
Tell it you tweaked a calf, that you're travelling Thursday to Sunday, or that a session felt awful. It adjusts the plan and explains why, in conversation.
Training load that means something
Fitness, fatigue and form (CTL, ATL and TSB) tracked from every session, alongside your zones, personal bests and a projected finish time for your goal race.
Connects to what you already use
Activities sync automatically from Strava or intervals.icu — which covers Garmin, Wahoo and Coros — or upload a .fit file straight from your watch.
A season, not just a week
Your A race, the B races leading into it and the gaps between them, laid out on one timeline — with warnings when two races are too close or one lands inside your taper.
A Monday morning read on your week
An email recap of the week you just finished: what you completed, how the load landed, any new personal bests, and what the coach makes of it.
Who it’s for
Endurance athletes training for a specific race — a triathlon, a marathon, a half — who want a plan that responds to how the training is actually going rather than a PDF written before it started.
Who it isn’t
It is not a gym or general-fitness app, and it is not a social network: there is no feed, no leaderboard, and nothing you do is shared with anyone else. It is a small, invite-only project rather than a company.
Anything not here, email support@taprcoach.com.
What does it cost?
Nothing today. It is a personal project, not a business, and there is no billing of any kind. If that ever changes, anyone already using it will hear about it directly and well in advance — not through a surprise paywall.
How do I get access?
Sign in with Google and your account is created immediately, then it waits for manual approval. There is no instant signup and no free trial to start — this is deliberate while the project is small. You'll be told the moment you're approved; the waiting page updates by itself.
Do I need Strava?
No. Strava is the easiest option, but intervals.icu works just as well — and it covers Garmin, Wahoo and Coros — or you can upload .fit files directly. You can also turn Strava syncing off later and keep everything else.
Is it only for triathletes?
No. The engine is endurance-native — swim, bike and run — so it works for a single-sport runner, cyclist or swimmer training for one race. It is not a gym, strength or general-fitness app, and it will not pretend to be.
What data does it read, and who sees it?
Your activities, plus whatever you tell it — zones, goals, how you're feeling. Nothing is shared with other users, there is no feed and no leaderboard, and nothing is sold. You can delete your account and all of its data whenever you like. The privacy policy has the detail.
Who is behind it?
One person, building it for their own training and a handful of other athletes. That is the honest scale of it — worth knowing before you trust it with a race you have been working towards for a year.
